Grub-a-Thon 2025
Grub-a-Thon is over! Thank you so much to our runners, our commentators, our restreamers, our artists, our event organizers, and of course, our wonderful viewers for making this event possible. And thank you so much to everyone who supported the charity! In total, we raised $3,308 for the ACLU during Grub-a-Thon alone. Yippee!!!
The Happy Couple fundraiser is still ongoing until the end of June, with a much more ambitious goal of $10,000. If you missed Grub-a-Thon and still want to support the charity I'd really love it if you checked it out!
We couldn't resist bringing back Grub-a-Thon for 2025! The event took place on June 7th, 2025. As part of the speedrunning community's annual Happy Couple fundraiser, we were raising money for the ACLU, a charity dedicated to protecting the rights of minorities, including those of the LGBTQ+ community.
As for the runs included, Grub-a-Thon is all about saving grubs! The event consisted of a bunch of grub-themed speedrunning categories and randomizer formats. Yippee grubbies!!!!!
